Refund policy

We have a 7-day replacement policy for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To request a replacement, contact us at pineandpeach9@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue within 7 days of delivery.

Because our products are made-to-order and print-on-demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Personalized/custom items

Digital products, including downloadable guides and e-books, are non-refundable once purchased and delivered.

If your replacement request is approved, we will provide instructions for the next steps.
